Andria graduated Kean University in 1988 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. After spending 4 years in the public sector, she became a fiscal manager for a property management company where she developed a passion for learning all about real estate.

Andria received her real estate license in 2004. She is an Accredited Staging Professional with StagedHomes.com. She also received the designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative in 2007 and was awarded Bronze level in NJAR Circle of Excellence.

Andria is a proud member of the National Assoc. of Realtors, NJ Assoc. of Realtors, Greater Union County Assoc. of Realtors, REBAC, and Garden State and Middlesex Multiple Listing Services.

Andria resides in Scotch Plains with her husband and three children. She is an active member of her church, and her children's Parent, Teacher Organizations. She helps her community whenever possible.
