  2. We will advise you on the proper offer to make. Each house is different. What do the comps say? How is the neighborhood inventory? How is the market in general? How long has the house been on the market, and why? And any other information about the house that may affect the rationale on an offer price.
  3. Our expert negotiating skills will get you your new home at the very best price possible. But not just price, but also with terms.
  4. We will refer to you those that may be needed throughout your transaction; including an attorney, mortgage lenders, home inspectors (and other inspectors), etc. and work hand-in-hand with all, choreographing a smooth and problem-free transaction.

You will be kept advised every step of the way of what to expect, approaching deadlines - working with your inspectors and lenders to make sure the entire transaction goes smoothly. We hold your hand throughout the transaction and make the entire process as painless and stress-free as possible.
