  2. Marketing: Now we have to attract potential Buyers to want to come to see your home in person. This is done through superb photography, virtual tours, custom websites, fliers, etc.
  3. Price: Obviously, an important consideration. We advise you on what price is best; following current market trends, inventory levels and measuring the need for incentives to overcome any negative obstacles. This way, you can get every dollar your home is worth and you don't leave a single dollar on the table.
